Casa Pelle Craftsmanship Warranty

We warrant every Casa Pelle bag against manufacturing defects in stitching, hardware, seams, and structural components for 24 months from the delivery date.

What is covered

Seams that separate under normal use, hardware that fails or breaks, stitching that comes undone, and structural components that lose integrity without external damage.

What is not covered

Normal wear including surface scuffs, patina, and color change. Water damage. Damage from misuse, accident, improper storage, or unauthorized repair. Items purchased secondhand.

How to claim

Email support@cassapelle.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We reply within 1 business day. Approved claims are repaired or replaced at our cost, including return shipping both ways.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary by state.
