1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 48–72 business hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Origins Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse locations:

Your order will ship from the fulfillment center closest to your delivery address.

3. Shipping Options & Rates Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Available options will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Times Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Vivrely is not responsible for carrier delays.

5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

6. Signature Requirement Orders over $50 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

7. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Vivrely is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@vivrely.com before the order is processed.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@vivrely.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
