1. Overview At Vivrely, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Free from damage, stains, or alterations
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at contact@vivrely.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the appropriate return address from one of our fulfillment centers:

5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective items or order errors on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Vivrely is not responsible for lost return packages.
6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@vivrely.com. We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
