1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using cassapelle.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

3. Products & Orders All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.

4. Payment We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize Casa Pelle to charge your payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch. We bear the risk of loss until the package is delivered to the address you provided. If your order is lost or damaged in transit we will replace it or refund you in full.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, in unused original condition with all packaging and the dust bag. Orders can be cancelled at no charge any time before dispatch. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. 7. Intellectual Property All content on cassapelle.com — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the exclusive property of Casa Pelle and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties This site and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability Casa Pelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.

13. Product Descriptions Our products are made from croc-embossed cowhide. The scale pattern is embossed into the hide. We do not sell products made from crocodile, alligator, or any other protected species.
