3. Products & Orders All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.

4. Payment We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize Vivrely to charge your payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes.

5. Shipping Orders are processed within 48–72 hours. Items ship from our fulfillment centers located in Atlanta (GA), Pittston (PA), and Louisville (KY). Delivery times vary by method selected at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt per our Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

7. Intellectual Property All content on vivrely.com — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the exclusive property of Vivrely and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
